This high speed single pack wet wipes production line is a fully automatic device widely used in industries such as aviation, catering, medical, beauty, and daily chemicals. It produces individually packaged disposable makeup remover wipes, disinfectant wipes, and airline catering wipes. It efficiently and accurately counts large quantities of bulk single pack wet wipes into predetermined quantities (such as 20 or 30 wipes) and packs them into intermediate bags, completing the automated packaging process.Machine Features:
1. The machine adopts a touch screen + PLC control system, making parameter setting and operation intuitive and simple.
2. Packaging speed is fast, completing30 to 300 bags per minute, far exceeding manual operation and significantly increasing production capacity. One person can operate multiple machines, effectively reducing labor costs.
